We've just released a Nintendo Switch specific patch for Amber Isle.
This patch brings major improvements to the games FPS, alongside adding visual improvements and bug fixes to the isle on Nintendo Switch!
Amber Isle Nintendo Switch Patch 1.0
Improvements & Additions:
- Performance: Vastly improved FPS during normal play.
- Performance: Significantly less stuttering during normal play.
- General: Added a progress meter to the shop and island customiser to show how much of the placeable item limit has been used.
- Visuals: Better foliage and grass rendering and density across the island.
Fixes:
- Quests: Fixed a possible softlock during "Impress the Mayor".
- Quests: Fixed a possible softlock during "Money Changes Everything".
- Quests: Fixed a possible softlock during "Contractual Obligations".
- General: Fixed an issue where character interaction wouldn't function after upgrading the shop.
- General: Fixed an issue where the shop customiser would show an incorrect error about unreachable display units.
- General: Fixed an issue where the shop and island customiser would show an incorrect error about reaching a unique item placement limit.
- General: Fixed a number of collision issues around the island.
- Visuals: Fixed a number of Z-Fighting ground elements around the island.
- Visuals: Fixed a number of issues where the gardens around character houses wouldn't render correctly.
- Visuals: Fixed an issue where custom placed paths wouldn't always be visible.
- Visuals: Fixed an issue where some Polish letters wouldn't render correctly.
